These tasks await you:
- Office organisation and business correspondence
- Telephone support for our business partners
- Appointment coordination and management, including planning and preparation of meetings
- Personal assistance to the management (management of the calendar, support in organisational and administrative matters)
- Address, data and system maintenance in our CRM system
- Support with administrative and organisational tasks

- Completed business training or a comparable qualification
- Previous professional experience
- Confident command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
- Competent handling of Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility and adaptability
